The first stop will be the Majorelle Gardens or the blue gardens. It was designed by the French artist Jacques Majorelle as you will see the gardens have been restored by Yves Saint Laurent and you will find a logo of this phenomenal french character, these botanical gardens are now a haven of peace and tranquility in the city of Marrakech.

This magnificent tropical garden is surrounded by fountains, pools, bamboo forests, cacti, orchards, olive groves, and a fabulous collection in private museums. Over 15 exclusive species of birds in North Africa can be found here. Continue the tour with a visit to the garden and the historical cistern of Menara, a famous summer residence of Sultan Abderrahmane. This building is considered as a memory of a kingdom that passed through Moroccan history.
