Fez Desert Tour 5 Days to Marrakech

1 Day: Fez – Azrou – Errachidia:

The first stop will be at Azrou, where we will enjoy a discovering walk to enjoy the forest and the barbary monkeys. We will reach Midelt which is a small beautiful and clean village famous for the production of apples. We will pass through the Ziz Valley which has many oases beside the road. Our next visit will be the city of Errachidia, famous by Kaser Souk which is a traditional market and it is the oldest place in this city. Meet local people with a mixture of different cultures between Berber and Arabic. Have a walk through the city and meet local people before you head to your hotel in Errachidia. 

2 Day: Errachidia – Erfoud – Erissani – Merzouga (Erg Chebbi ):

Leaving Errachidia and passing through a fascinating landscape, we will be passing by wide earth and splendid road with plenty of Oasis palms. Passing by Aoufouss then Erfoud to see the different type of mountains which looks very different from what mountains you have seen in Morocco. We will reach Errissani, a beautiful and welcoming city where we will be visiting Moulay Ali Cherif, which is a mausoleum with a calm and beautiful garden. Our last stop on the first day will be Merzouga, ride a camel to head it to the dunes of Erg Chebbi and meet the local Nomads with a great welcoming, enjoy the night with beautiful scenery of traditional nomad instruments and dancing. Then have a wonderful night stay under the dark blue sky in the wide Moroccan desert.

3 Day: Merzouga – Errissani – Errfoud – Tinghir:

Leaving Merzouga with a great moment in the morning and with a delicious breakfast and sunrise. The staff will prepare a camel ride for you to reach Merzouga. And with a greeting, we will leave that beautiful and amazing place. We will be passing from Errissani to visit the traditional souk then we will head it to Erfoud where you will have a visit to the fossils and know more about the very old items in this village. Taste the Moroccan gastronomy while enjoying your lunch in one of the good restaurants within the road. See the oasis of Tafilalt until you arrive at Todra gorges, be amazed by the calm and wide nature in that place, and also enjoy by taking some photos between the two gorges. Next, head it to Tinighir which is a small Berber village, know more about the Berber culture and have a night stay in one of the comfortable riads with a delicious dinner. 

4 Day : Tinghir – Bomalen Dades – Valley of roses – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou:

Wake up in the morning, chill, and enjoy the calm village while enjoying a delicious breakfast in the riad, be prepared to take the road to another adventure. Passing from Bomalen Dades to see the other beautiful gorges, be amazed at the beautiful shape of the mountain and the calm place as well. Our next visit will be the valley of roses, an amazing place every April and May, 3,000 to 4,000 tonnes of wildflowers are collected from the Valley of the Roses, and if you are lucky you will meet this event to enjoy it with the local people. Arrive in Ouarzazate while observing the changes of the landscape within the road, discover the city with our driver, we will be visiting the international cinema studio which is famous for the production of many historical movies such as The Game of the Thrones and more, live a movie scenery inside this place, then we will head it to Ait Ben Haddou to enjoy a half-board stay with a delicious dinner.

5 Day: Ait Ben Haddou – Kasbah telouet– Tizi N Tichka – Marrakech:

Wake up and chill, enjoy the delicious and typical breakfast at your hotel, our next visit will be the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, a spectacular, well-preserved Kasbah fortress in Morocco. Many movies were filmed here such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones. After lunch, we will head to Kasbah Telouaet to discover more about the heritage of that place and also to learn more about the era of Kasbahs in Morocco.  We cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco Tizi N Tichka Pass 2260m high offering amazing views of valleys with far-reaching views across the mountains to traditional High Atlas Berber villages. Taking the road and passing through wonderful landscapes, we will reach Marrakech which will be the last destination in our tour filled with amazing moments that you will never forget about Morocco.
